Sol Crumb is my one-person sourdough bakery. It's just me, one oven, and a starter I've kept alive and fed by hand every day. I bake a short list of loaves once a week, each one mixed, shaped, and scored by hand, and they all go out the same morning they come out of the oven.
Small batches are the whole point. It lets me fuss over every loaf instead of pumping out hundreds, and nothing ever sits on a shelf going stale. Order early in the week, pick yours up warm on Friday or Saturday, and that's it.
Pickup is in Central Connecticut.
